United in Strength, Reaching New Heights — Linkways Successfully Concludes 2026 Wangshan Team-Building Event

To enrich employees’ cultural life and enhance team cohesion and unity, Linkways organized a team-building event for all employees on April 30, 2026 at Wangshan Tea Culture Park, a hidden gem in Suzhou. Held under the theme “United in Strength, Reaching New Heights,” the event allowed everyone to step away from busy work schedules and spend a fulfilling and memorable day amid green mountains and clear waters.

At 9:20 a.m., all colleagues gathered at Wangshan Tea Culture Park on time. After a brief stretching and warm-up session, participants welcomed the early summer sunshine and officially began the Wangshan small-loop hiking challenge. The route passed through Longdong, Phoenix Mountain, and Jiulongtan, covering approximately 6.15 kilometers.

Along the way, participants walked through tranquil tea gardens and beautiful mountain forests. With mutual encouragement and companionship, everyone moved forward steadily, measuring nature step by step and experiencing the auspicious meaning behind the saying, “After climbing Wangshan, prosperity will follow.”

At noon, the team headed to Darengu Camp for lunch. At the scenic barbecue site surrounded by water, everyone gathered to enjoy fresh and delicious self-service barbecue and specialty dishes. In a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, participants chatted, exchanged ideas, and enjoyed a leisurely time together.

In the afternoon, a variety of camp activities brought the atmosphere to a peak. During the live-action CS battle, participants became “warriors,” engaging in exciting competition through close cooperation and flexible tactics, fully demonstrating teamwork and a fighting spirit. Under the canopy, the Guandan card game offered a change of pace, allowing everyone to strengthen relationships through a relaxed and enjoyable intellectual challenge, with laughter filling the venue.

At 3:30 p.m., the team-building event came to a successful close. The event not only allowed employees to get close to nature and relax from work, but also deepened mutual understanding, trust, and teamwork through hiking and competitive activities.
